BR PAINT & REMODEL provides residential and commercial painting and remodeling services. All work to be performed will be described in a written estimate or invoice before the project begins.

All estimates are based on a visual inspection and the information provided at the time. If additional work is required due to hidden damage, customer changes, or unforeseen issues, the total cost may be adjusted. Any changes will be discussed before continuing the work.

A deposit may be required to secure your project on our schedule. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Failure to make payment when due may result in additional fees.

If a project is canceled after scheduling or after materials have been purchased, the customer may be responsible for the cost of materials and any time reserved for the project.

The customer agrees to provide clear access to all work areas before the project begins. The customer is responsible for removing valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings from the work area. BR PAINT & REMODEL is not responsible for damage to items that remain in the work area.

Surface preparation will be performed as outlined in the estimate. BR PAINT & REMODEL is not responsible for pre existing conditions such as peeling paint, water damage, structural issues, or other hidden problems unless specifically included in writing.

The customer is responsible for final color selection before the start date. Once paint has been applied, any requested color changes may result in additional charges.

Project timelines may be affected by weather, supply delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any changes to the schedule as soon as possible.

BR PAINT & REMODEL will take reasonable care to protect the property during the project. However, we are not responsible for pre existing damage or issues outside of our control.

By approving an estimate or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
